Introduce your contact to BHA by email or WhatsApp, copying your dedicated BHA contact. That's all we need from you.

Our advisors take it from there: needs assessment, proposal, and onboarding. We keep you updated throughout.

Once the client signs and payment is received from BHA, your commission is confirmed and processed promptly.

Receive your referral fee

BHA transfers 8% of the received service fee to you directly. Settlement is completed within 30 days of client payment.

Do I need to be based in Indonesia?

No. Our referral partners come from all over the world. As long as you have a network with Indonesia-bound interests, geography is not a barrier to partnering with BHA.

Is there a limit to how many clients I can refer?

There is no limit. You can refer as many clients as you like throughout the duration of the partnership agreement. Each new client engagement earns its own referral fee.

When and how do I receive my commission?

Commission is triggered once the referred client signs their engagement contract and BHA receives payment. Settlement to you is processed within 30 days of payment. Bank transfer is the standard method; other arrangements can be discussed.

What counts as a "new client"?

A new client is any individual or corporate entity that has not previously engaged BHA’s services and whose initial contact with BHA was facilitated by your introduction. The referral fee applies once per client.

Can I refer individuals, not just companies?

Yes. BHA works with both individual clients (for example, expatriates seeking visa or property services) and corporate entities setting up or expanding operations in Indonesia. Both qualify for the referral programme.

What happens if a referred client doesn't proceed?

No commission is owed if the referred client does not sign an engagement contract and make payment to BHA. The referral fee is strictly tied to a completed, paid engagement; there are no fees for introductions that do not convert.
