Tan Yong Han Johan is a distinguished business leader and entrepreneur with over 18 years of cross-border experience between Singapore and Indonesia.

His career spans prestigious government roles, including Center Director at the Singapore Economic Development Board and Investment Head at the Singapore Embassy in Jakarta. He has also served in executive leadership roles within a USD 200 million manufacturing group and currently holds positions as President Director and Director of Strategic Ventures.

Johan is an expert in market entry strategies, systems optimization, and representing family offices in strategic projects in Indonesia. He is trilingual, fluent in English, Mandarin, and Indonesian.
