Accounting and Tax Specialist

About the Role

As our ecosystem continues to scale and deliver end-to-end corporate solutions, Business Hub Asia is looking for top-tier financial talent to join our journey. Join us as an Accounting and Tax Specialist for the External Finance Department.

You will be the trusted numbers person behind our clients’ compliance — handling their accounting and tax matters with the same precision and care we bring to every part of their Indonesia market entry journey.

Key Responsibilities

Client Accounting & Tax Support

• Prepare, review, and manage clients’ bookkeeping, financial statements, and monthly/annual tax reporting in line with Indonesian regulations.
• Calculate, file, and reconcile tax obligations (PPh, PPN, and other applicable taxes) accurately and on time.
• Monitor regulatory updates from Indonesian tax and accounting authorities, and translate changes into practical guidance for clients.

Client & Cross-Team Coordination

• Liaise directly with clients (local and international) to gather documentation, clarify requirements, and explain accounting/tax matters in clear, accessible terms.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all deliverables meet internal quality standards and applicable Indonesian accounting/tax compliance requirements.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation and records for every client engagement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential, as you will be working in a dynamic, global environment.
• Skills: A strong grip on Indonesian tax regulations, compliance, and standard accounting principles.
• Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced corporate solutions ecosystem.
