Bundle Offer Validity

Both bundle offers — Foreign EOR Bundle and Local EOR Bundle — are available for engagements confirmed between 1 April 2026 and 30 June 2026. The free add-on services (Work Permit and KITAS, or SPT Tahunan) apply to any engagement confirmed within this period, regardless of the employee onboarding date.

Minimum Engagement Period

A minimum contract period of one (1) year applies to both bundle offers. The free add-on services are valid within the first year of engagement only.

Free Add-On Services — First Year Only

The Work Permit and KITAS (Foreign EOR Bundle) and SPT Tahunan (Local EOR Bundle) are included at no charge during the first year of engagement only. From the second year onwards, all services including EOR, Work Permit renewal, KITAS renewal, and SPT Tahunan filing are billed at standard market pricing. A renewal proposal will be issued prior to the expiration of the initial engagement term.

Government Fees

Any government fees associated with the processing of Work Permit and KITAS — where applicable under current Indonesian regulations — are not included in the free add-on and will be charged separately at cost.

Payment Terms

All services under both bundle offers are payable in advance. Engagement will commence upon receipt of full payment for the agreed service period.
