Biography

Edy is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with over 20 years of experience across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

As the Legal & Compliance Director at Business Hub Asia, he helps businesses navigate regulatory frameworks, manage legal risks, and enter new markets with confidence. Before this, Edy held senior roles at several global consulting firms, where he led legal teams and advised a diverse portfolio of clients. 

His core strengths include corporate and contract law, regulatory compliance, insolvency, non-profit advisory, and foreign investment structuring. Edy is also a regular speaker at legal and business events, sharing insights on compliance and market entry in Indonesia.
