Content Specialist Intern

Business Hub Asia is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Content Specialist Intern to support our marketing and branding activities. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to develop high-quality business, regulatory, and market-entry content for international and local audiences.

This internship is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in B2B content, digital marketing, and professional consulting environments.

What You’ll Do

• AI-Enhanced Content Creation: Assist in writing and editing content for website pages, blog articles, newsletters, and social media. You will utilize premium AI tools for copywriting while maintaining “mind control” over the output to ensure quality and nuance.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and brand tone consistency across all platforms.
• SEO & Strategy: Support content planning, production for SEO (keyword placement, formatting, internal linking), and editorial calendar updates.
• Content Repurposing: Help transform long-form content into short-form formats (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, email marketing).
• Market Research: Conduct basic research on regulations, industries, and market trends within Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Who Are You?

• Education: Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related fields.
• Language: Strong writing skills in English (mandatory); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiar with AI tools and comfortable using them to augment your writing process.
• Mindset: A growth-oriented mindset dedicated to helping the team and company achieve their targets.
• Professionalism: A positive and professional attitude in how you communicate, paired with a reliable work ethic.
• Aptitude: Detail-oriented, structured, and a fast learner with an interest in business, consulting, and regulatory topics.
• Commitment: Able to commit to at least 6 months.
