Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with a strong grasp of corporate law and regulatory compliance?
Business Hub Asia is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to advise on legal matters, support market entry strategies, and ensure full compliance with local and international regulations across our regional operations.

As our legal team grows, we are seeking a lawyer who understands the dynamic regulatory environments of Southeast Asia and can work across borders and industries with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel related to corporate structures, market entry, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, and corporate documents.
• Advise clients and internal teams on company formation, licensing, shareholder arrangements, and governance.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments in Indonesia and/or other SEA markets and assess implications for clients.
• Collaborate with immigration, tax, and HR advisors to deliver integrated solutions.
• Represent Business Hub Asia or our clients in legal matters when required.
• Support M&A or restructuring transactions where applicable.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Conduct legal risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent); a professional license to practice is preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in corporate law, legal consulting, or in-house counsel, ideally in a cross-border context.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, labor law, foreign investment regulations, and contract law in Indonesia or the region.
• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple matters with high attention to detail.
• Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
