Product Category Consultation & Document Collection
Identify product types: snacks, fresh drinks, packaged food, etc., then determine risk classification: low/medium/high category according to Permenkes. Prepare legal documents such as NIB, KBLI, label/packaging, recipe/formula in Bahasa Indonesia. Estimated time: 4-7 working days.

Account & Form Registration in e-PIRT (OSS-Kemenkes)
Create an account on the OSS portal, complete P-IRT registration, and upload documents + proof of PNBP. Estimated time: 2-3 days for initial verification of documents.

Technical Evaluation & Verification
The Ministry of Health checks the label, formula, and laboratory test results. For low-risk classification, it takes 30-45 days and for higher risk up to 60 days.

Issuance of P-IRT Certificate
After passing the lab test and technical verification, the PIRT certificate is issued within a few days of approval. The validity period of a PIRT certificate is 5 years and must be renewed before it expires.
