Business Hub Asia is seeking a Medical Devices Project Specialist to lead a high-impact initiative focused on the manufacturing and distribution of medical devices in Indonesia—a project that combines international collaboration with local market execution.

As we continue expanding into the medical sector, we are launching a strategic project to support international partners in setting up medical devices manufacturing and distribution operations in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project implementation, from concept to operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
• Establish and manage relationships with hospitals, medical professionals, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Oversee the local manufacturing setup, including licensing, BPOM/MOH requirements, and facility planning.
• Design and manage the distribution network for both B2B and institutional clients.
• Liaise with international partners and ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory shifts within the Indonesian medical industry.
• Provide strategic input to improve operational, commercial, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams across legal, regulatory, supply chain, and finance departments.
• Deliver regular project updates and performance reports to key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare distribution, or related fields.
• Strong professional network in Indonesia’s healthcare sector, including hospitals and regulators.
• Expertise in Indonesian healthcare regulations, licensing, and importation/distribution processes.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proven ability to work across cultures and manage international collaboration.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
