Michal Wasserbauer, Chairman

Michal is an experienced entrepreneur and founder of several successful companies, with over 15 years of expertise in helping businesses expand into Asia. He is the founder of Cekindo (later rebranded to InCorp), MMW Strategic Investment, MMW Property Investment, Agriculture Institute Indonesia, Callindo Solusi Indonesia, Joshua District Bali, and Yayasan Bohemia Indonesia.

Vojtech Zehnalek, Senior Advisor

Vojtech has experience in consulting and international expansion, spending almost a decade in leading roles across Southeast Asia. Most recently he was a CEO of InCorp Vietnam, leading provider of corporate secretarial and bookkeeping services.

Nurmia Dwi Agustina, Commissioner

Nurmia Agustina is an entrepreneur and strategic investor with extensive experience in management consulting, e-commerce, real estate, and other industries, driving business growth across Asia through tailored market entry strategies. As a co-founder and leader at MMW Strategic Investment and previously in Cekindo Indonesia, she is committed to sustainable growth, ethical practices, and empowering communities through innovation and collaboration.
